Snipsa B.V. recruits candidates through online ads. Every response needs a quick follow-up: making contact, asking questions, judging whether someone fits. That manual work took recruiters a lot of time, and candidates who don't hear back quickly drop out.
What we built
MonsterScore, an AI that contacts new candidates on WhatsApp straight away. It holds the first conversation, asks about availability, location and motivation, and gives every candidate a score.
