Who we are
GetOptimal is a trade name of a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94885176. We are responsible for processing personal data through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@getoptimal.nl.
What data we process
Contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number and your message. Company name and phone number are optional.
AI assistant: the messages you type in the chat. If you send a request through the assistant, also the details you enter there.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and technical details about your browser, needed to show and secure the website.
What we use it for
We use your details to answer your question, schedule an intro call and send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement.
We only use messages to the AI assistant to answer your question. We don't store conversations in a database of our own.
We use technical data to run the website and prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interest.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We work with these parties, who only process data on our behalf:
- Netlify: website hosting and form processing (United States).
- Anthropic: the AI model behind the assistant (United States). Messages are processed to generate a reply and, under the business terms, are not used to train models.
- Zoho: our business email, where requests arrive.
For transfers to the United States appropriate safeguards apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep requests for as long as needed to stay in touch with you. If a request doesn't lead to an assignment, we delete your details no later than twelve months after the last contact. Data we are legally required to keep, for example for tax purposes, is kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The ongoing conversation with the AI assistant is temporarily kept in your browser (sessionStorage) so it continues when you move to another page. It is cleared as soon as you close the tab.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its use. Send an email to info@getoptimal.nl to do so. We respond within one month.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
